Copyright, Licenses
All materials contained in this website are the copyrighted property of Adult Design Evolution, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies and/or third-party licensors. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Adult Design Evolution, or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies and/or third-part licensors.
Unless otherwise specified, none may modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products or services obtained from the website without the written permission from Adult Design Evolution.

Abuse through content
The content of a web site is provided by the Client. The Client agrees that he will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, harassing, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.

Commencement
Adult Design Evolution cannot always guarantee to start work on web design projects immediately. If this is the case it will be discussed with the Client before any work is started. All reasonable efforts will be made to work to Client time scales.
Adult Design Evolution and the Client must work together in a timely manner, to avoid missed deadlines. The Client must supply Adult Design Evolution with any specific content or items for inclusion in a timely manner, unless agreed otherwise.
If the Client needs a firm due date, Adult Design Evolution can accommodate him, however RUSH fees may apply. Rush charges vary with each project and the amount of time allotted, ranging from 25-50%

Completion Date
Adult Design Evolution and the Client undertake to work together to complete the Project within the timescale specified. Adult Design Evolution will inform the Client on the project progress and will always endeavor to meet the agreed deadline. The Client must also supply all source materials to the timescale.

Quotation
Adult Design Evolution will provide its quotation which will include the Project Proposal for acceptance by the Customer. Any quote is valid only for 30 days. Once the Project Proposal has been accepted by the Customer, this will then be deemed to be the sole document of the project.

Payment Clause
All services require an advance payment of 50%. (fifty percent or greater) of the project quotation total before the work is supplied to the Customer for review. Then upon completion of the final design the remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before you will receive your completed designs or at stage payment as agreed in the proposal. Work on the project will not commence until Adult Design Evolution has received this amount.

Charges for any additional services over and above the estimated design, will become fully payable at the time of evaluations or quotation acceptance. Publication and/or release of work carried out by Adult Design Evolution on behalf of the Client, may not take place before cleared funds have been received.

Adult Design Evolution will accept the following forms of payment:
  PayPal Transfer
  Moneybookers Transfer
  Direct Money Transfer with Western Union
  Direct Money Transfer with Money Gram
  Epassporte Transfer
  Bank Wire Transfer

Adult Design Evolution is the owner of the designs, until has received full payment for the designs. After that, Adult Design Evolution will give the Client all rights, in the designs created for him under this agreement. You are NOT allowed to use Adult Design Evolution designs until full payment. However, even if the payment is met, and the Client has claim, Adult Design Evolution has the right to include the design in its portfolio.
If you fail to pay for any services provided by Adult Design Evolution, all work done by it will become its property.

Cancellation
A cancellation fee will be charged if the client wishes to cancel the contract prior to completion. This fee will be equivalent to the amount of work completed at that point.

In case of failure to provide source materials within 30 days of the specified timescale, there will be sufficient grounds for Adult Design Evolution to cancel the agreement and retain any deposits or stage payments made thus far as cancellation fees.

In the event of non-payment of any services, Adult Design Evolution reserves the right to re-sell Layout and all other related material to any third party or use it itself, without any announcement and no further correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

Disclaimer:
Adult Design Evolution and its affiliates and associates shall not be liable, for any damages the Clients business may suffer at any time for damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business projects, or loss of profits).

Customer Review
Adult Design Evolution will provide the Customer with the opportunity to review the appearance and content of the Web site during the design prototype stage.

Modifications
The Client is authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to Adult Design Evolution's products to fit his purposes only after full  payment of the services.
You may not place any of Adult Design Evolution's products, modified or unmodified and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Adult Design Evolution.

Defamation:
Defamatory speech distributed over the Internet can result in civil liability for the defamer.

Policy Changes
If Adult Design Evolution changes the privacy policy in whole or in part, they will inform the Client by posting a notice on their website. The changes will go into effect on the date posted in the notice. The new policy will apply to all current and past users.
